All contestants must complete and submit the following forms to register:
These documents are fillable and printable. Contestants will select their division on the registration form:
Princess (Ages 8–12)
Teen (Ages 13–15)
Miss (Ages 16–21)
Entry Fee: $40 (non-refundable)
Deadline: September 8, 2025

About the Pageants:
Contestants will compete in:
- A brief introduction
- Harvest Festival Wear (fall-inspired outfit)
- An on-stage question (Top 5 only)
Winners will receive crowns, sashes, and recognition at upcoming Daviess County Lions Club events—including the Owensboro Christmas Parade and the 2026 Pageant.
